Recently, I reported a valuable item mistakenly included in the laundry bag, expecting its safe return.
Regrettably, the item was never returned, and it seems evident as I can track it, it was taken by an employee. This incident reflects poorly on the ethical standards and trustworthiness. A laundry service should be built on trust, but in this case, that trust has been broken. Disappointingly, there's been no accountability or proper response from their side. Customers should be aware of this lack of professionalism and integrity.

I am having a very bad experience with this laundry service. I reported an item of sentimental and expensive value that was forgotten in the laundry bag. I can track it and see the address and even after contacting many times the laundry they haven’t done anything, worst an employee has taken the item a couple days ago which I can still track, still nothing has been done even after I report the address where the item is. Frustrating and untrusting service.
